Paint and Plank 2
Last weekend Bumble Bree Art joined forces with Crossfit High Gear in Medina. This was our second event with High Gear, and once again we all had a blast. The night started out with a cardio work out - Cross Fit style - next we cooled down with Yoga, and finally it was painting time!! The awesome staff at Crossfit provided yummy snacks and wine to enjoy after our hard work. Then, sitting down to paint helped us unwind from our endorphin filled evening. Our concept for the eve

Make Art Not Waste
Grabbing things from around the house to create art has always been thrilling to me. My mom would tell you this came in the form of napkins dotted with marker, sewn with thread, or various displays atop my dressers with my toys or trinkets. So we made colorful trees, and performed one of my favorite pastimes in class: baby foot stamps. M

Nola's Wine, Paint and Do Something Great
On Monday, December 14th Nola's Salon opened the doors wide for guests that came to paint in honor of a local ministry dear to my heart, Rahab. RAHAB is a ministry devoted to rescuing and restoring women who are trafficked into sexual slavery and exploitation in Akron, Ohio. I had the pleasure of painting with founder Becky Moreland that night, along with many other friends that wanted to give back through this event. My home church, Grace Church, partners with this ministry
