Paint and Plank 2

Last weekend Bumble Bree Art joined forces with Crossfit High Gear in Medina. This was our second event with High Gear, and once again we all had a blast. The night started out with a cardio work out - Cross Fit style - next we cooled down with Yoga, and finally it was painting time!! The awesome staff at Crossfit provided yummy snacks and wine to enjoy after our hard work. Then, sitting down to paint helped us unwind from our endorphin filled evening. Our concept for the evening was inspired by these strong women. Thank you to everyone who came out for the fun!
